About Our Shop

Faithful Wooden Expressions is a small, husband-and-wife woodworking shop based in College Station, Texas. We create handmade and personalized wooden gifts, keepsakes, Scripture-based items, and home décor.

Because many of our items are handmade, personalized, engraved, painted, stained, assembled, or finished by hand, slight variations in wood grain, color, engraving depth, finish, and overall appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade wood products and are not considered defects.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to commit fraud, interfere with website security, misuse our content, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the operation of our store.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to our website if we believe someone is violating these Terms of Use, abusing our policies, or attempting to misuse our shop.

Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, dimensions, materials, colors, personalization options, and pricing. However, slight differences may appear due to screen settings, lighting, photography, natural wood variations, or the handmade nature of our products.

Product photos are examples of our work. Personalized items will be made according to the details provided at checkout, but each finished product may have small natural or handmade differences.

Personalization and Customer-Provided Information

Many of our products are personalized. You are responsible for entering names, dates, spelling, punctuation, Bible references, personalization details, shipping addresses, and other custom information correctly.

We will create your item based on the information you provide. Faithful Wooden Expressions is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete personalization details submitted by the customer.

If we notice a possible issue with your personalization, we may contact you for clarification. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we may proceed using the information provided or delay the order until we receive clarification.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, incomplete personalization details, or requests we are unable to fulfill.

Handmade Production Times

Our items are made with care, and production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, customization details, and material availability.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. We work hard to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our handmade products.

Shipping

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our direct control. Faithful Wooden Expressions is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If there is an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help where possible.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because many of our items are handmade, personalized, or made to order, returns and cancellations may be limited.

Personalized or custom-made items generally cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.

If your item arrives damaged or if we made an error, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to help us resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, website layout, and original artwork, belongs to Faithful Wooden Expressions unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or use our content, product photos, designs, descriptions, or branding without written permission.

Purchasing a product from us does not give you ownership rights to our designs, files, photos, product concepts, or intellectual property.

Bible Verses and Faith-Based Content

Some of our products include Bible verses, Christian wording, Scripture references, or faith-based designs. We strive to handle these items respectfully and accurately.
